Frequently asked questions
Do I have to stop using my phone or computer at night?
No. Our glasses are designed for people who use screens after dark—whether you're gaming, working late, studying, or watching your favorite shows. Simply wear them during your evening screen time to help reduce blue light exposure while continuing your normal routine.
Will these glasses help me sleep?
Our glasses are designed to reduce exposure to blue light from screens in the evening, which can support your body's natural nighttime routine. While individual experiences vary, many customers report falling asleep more easily and feeling less "wired" after late-night screen use.
Do I need to wear them all day?
Not at all. These glasses are intended specifically for evening and nighttime screen use. Simply put them on about 1–2 hours before bed whenever you're using digital devices.
Are these just for gamers?
Not at all. They're designed for anyone who spends time in front of screens after sunset, including students, remote workers, professionals, and anyone looking to create a more sleep-friendly evening routine.
What's the difference between these and my phone's Night Mode?
Night Mode can reduce some blue light emitted by your screen, but it doesn't eliminate it completely. Our lenses are designed to provide an additional layer of blue light filtering, helping reduce exposure across your devices—phones, laptops, tablets, monitors, and TVs.
Do they block all blue light?
Our lenses are designed to reduce the wavelengths of blue light most associated with evening screen exposure while still allowing you to comfortably use your devices.
Can I wear them while watching TV?
Absolutely. They work with TVs, laptops, phones, tablets, gaming monitors—any digital screen you use in the evening.
